Sean is a leader in the healthcare technology industry with a focus on cost management and data analytics. As an entrepreneur, he has both founded and invested in numerous healthcare technology companies. Sean co-founded and has focused on business development, M&A, and strategic alliances for Stratose (founded 1995 as Coalition America); HealthLink Dimensions (founded 2000); and CareLike (founded 2013). His success at growing business and alliances at Stratose led to its recapitalization by Parthenon Capital in 2015 and a subsequent merger in 2016 with Premier Health Exchange, Pay-Plus Solutions, and GlobalCare. This merger formed the market-leading provider of end-to-end healthcare claims cost management and payments solutions serving the largest healthcare, dental, and workers’ compensation payers in the country.
Sean is Chairman of the board of CAHC Ventures, Inc. (a holding company of Zelis Healthcare equity) and a member of the board of directors of Zelis Healthcare, HealthLink Dimensions, and CareLike. Other active and former organizations include: University of Kentucky Gatton Business School Business Partnership Foundation advisory board executive member, YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization) Miami member; lifetime member of the University of Kentucky alumni association, former member on the Board of Councilors for the Carter Center, former YEO (Young Entrepreneurs’ Organization) member and Atlanta Chapter President, and a former TEC member.

Scott co-founded and has focused on M&A, strategic product initiatives and building strong client relationships for Stratose (founded 1995 as Coalition America); HealthLink Dimensions (founded 2000); and CareLike (founded 2013). His success bringing strategic products to market, growing revenue and the client base led to Stratose’s recapitalization by Parthenon Capital in 2015 and a subsequent merger in 2016 with Premier Health Exchange, Pay-Plus Solutions, and GlobalCare. This merger formed the market-leading provider of end-to-end healthcare claims cost management and payments solutions serving the largest healthcare, dental, and workers’ compensation payers in the country.

Stephen RubioChief Financial Officer

Steve is a proven senior executive and financial leader with over 30 years of experience in the financial, technology, and healthcare industries. He plays a key role in developing, monitoring and evaluating overall corporate strategy with the Zelis leadership team.

Prior to joining Zelis, Steve was CFO of Government Solutions at OptumInsight, a United Healthcare Company. He also held leadership positions at Affiliated Computer Services, a Xerox company, WorldCom, Inc., MCI Communications and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Steve graduated cum laude with a BS in Management Sciences and Economics from Duke University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Steve is also affiliated with the Financial Executives Networking Group, Boy Scouts of America and the Georgia Society of CPAs.

Kevin GuthriePresident

Kevin brings 30 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry, most recently serving in roles as Vice President of Marketing, Sales, and Operations for Solvay Pharmaceuticals, with US sales of $1.5BB. He has also held Sales, Marketing, and Operational leadership roles within Bristol-Myers Squibb. In the past 5 years with HealthLink Dimensions, Kevin has guided the company to record client and revenue growth, resulting in recognition as one of America’s fastest growing private companies for two consecutive years.Kevin completed his B.S. in Business Administration at Murray State University and has completed the INSEAD International Executive Study Program in France and Singapore.

Chris LloydVice President, Data Services
Chris Lloyd

Chris brings 20 years of application development and database experience, 18 of that in the Healthcare Industry and the last 15 of those at HealthLink. As a system architect he has worked at many Fortune 500 companies including IMS, Lockheed Martin, and Norfolk Southern. At Healthlink, he is one of the original database architects and now specializes in client data services with an emphasis on advanced matching algorithms and data cleaning techniques.Chris earned his B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Clemson University. Originally from Virginia, he lives in Marietta, GA with wife, Heather, and their 4 children.
