Kevin GuthriePresident

Kevin brings 30 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry, most recently serving in roles as Vice President of Marketing, Sales, and Operations for Solvay Pharmaceuticals, with US sales of $1.5BB. He has also held Sales, Marketing, and Operational leadership roles within Bristol-Myers Squibb. In the past 5 years with HealthLink Dimensions, Kevin has guided the company to record client and revenue growth, resulting in recognition as one of America’s fastest growing private companies for two consecutive years.

Kevin completed his B.S. in Business Administration at Murray State University and has completed the INSEAD International Executive Study Program in France and Singapore.

Bob BoylesVice President, Sales
Bob Boyles

With over 35 years of experience, Bob has had the opportunity to develop expertise across a wide range of verticals and executive leadership positions. He started his career in the US Navy and was very fortunate to build a strong clinical foundation in medicine, surgery and medical devices which was then put to the test when he started his business career with 3M Medical Surgical products. During his 15 years at 3M, Bob held positions in regional, national and international sales, product and business management. Building on this base, Bob then held senior and executive leadership positions with MarketSource, where his team designed, built and managed sales organizations across multiple industries and technology product categories. He also lead the Vericom Corporation through a significant growth phase resulting in a successful acquisition and transition to new ownership. His most recent opportunity was with BDS Marketing where he provided sales and operational leadership across the healthcare, telecom and home improvement sales teams.

Bob holds a B.S. in psychology from the University of Maryland and lives on Lake Lanier with his wife Janey.

Chris LloydVice President, Data Services
Chris Lloyd

Chris brings 20 years of application development and database experience, 18 of that in the Healthcare Industry and the last 15 of those at HealthLink. As a system architect he has worked at many Fortune 500 companies including IMS, Lockheed Martin, and Norfolk Southern. At Healthlink, he is one of the original database architects and now specializes in client data services with an emphasis on advanced matching algorithms and data cleaning techniques.

Chris earned his B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Clemson University. Originally from Virginia, he lives in Marietta, GA with wife, Heather, and their 4 children.

Yasemin StricklandDirector, Business Development
Yasemin Strickland

Yasemin Strickland has more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience, nine of which have been spent in the Direct Marketing industry with companies such as infoUSA, World Marketing and m1 Data. Her most recent experience includes working with physician database solutions targeting pharmaceutical, medical device, insurance and other healthcare marketers.

With her thorough understanding of industry trends and her knowledge of various marketing data applications, Yasemin has been a valuable asset to her customers. She focuses on client specific data needs and suggests appropriate solutions. Her consultative sales approach and expertise have earned her the trust and respect of marketing professionals as well as her peers.

Previously, Yasemin sold financial information systems to major banks and financial institutions for Dow Jones Telerate and Reuters both in the US and Europe.

Yasemin is a member and former Co-Chair of the Atlanta chapter of the DMA (Direct Marketing Association). She resides in Dallas, Georgia with her husband, 4 kids and 3 cats.

Seth PainterDirector, Business Development
Seth Painter

Seth joins the team with over 15 years of business development experience in pharmaceuticals, hospitals and healthcare. After nearly a decade of success in field hospital sales, with companies such as Schering-Plough Merck and Shionogi, he has spent the past few years partnering with pharmaceutical companies to provide data solutions, iPad technology and online sampling technologies. Seth has brought value to hospitals and health systems with his expertise in quality improvement, HCAHPS and the changes brought forth by the new Affordable Care Act.

Seth lives in suburban Philadelphia. He used to enjoy mountain biking, basketball and running, but has now forgone all personal recreation to focus on mitigating the damage of his little tornado: 5 year-old Audrey.

Steve WallDirector, Business Development

With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Steve joined HealthLink Dimensions in June of 2016. Following over 17 years in the Pharmaceutical and Managed Care industries, Steve continued his experience in the Disease/Condition Management industry as a Regional Sales Manager. He then moved to the Pharmacy Benefits Management sector working as an Account Executive with two industry leading firms. Most recently, Steve worked as an Account Director within the Payor market for a large Health and Wellness organization.

Steve earned his BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and currently resides with his family in the Greensboro, NC area.

Cleve HoldenDirector, Business Development

Cleve brings more than 15 years of healthcare experience to his role as Director of Business Development. Specifically he’s held various leadership roles in the medical device and healthcare staffing industry. While at Smith & Nephew he was a sales leader, assisted in product launches and served on the Field Advisory Council.
Recently as Director of Sales-National Accounts with a national physician staffing company, he consulted with enterprise practice management groups and hospital systems.

Cleve earned his BA from the University of Kentucky. He currently resides in Atlanta with his wife Amy, and two daughters. He’s also known as the “Undisputed King of the Daddy-Daughter Dance” within his circle.

Justin HippsDirector, Email Strategy & Analytics
Justin Hipps

Justin Hipps brings over 10 years of experience in healthcare IT and financial performance analytics to his current role as Director of Email Strategy and Analytics.

He specializes in client data management, database analytics, email marketing, report building, and business development/marketing support. Justin employs his BI expertise in providing internal and external customers with visual analytics to communicate stories and trends within the data.

Justin earned his B.S. in Psychology from Campbell University, and his MBA in Healthcare Systems Management from Keller University. He is a coffee fanatic and ‘closet-marketer’ with an exceptional talent for social media management. He lives in Woodstock, GA with wife, Sarah, and their 3 children.

Stephanie BullDirector of Marketing

Stephanie brings more than 10 years of healthcare marketing experience to her role as Director of Marketing. Stephanie began her career in healthcare advertising and transitioned to the client-side, serving in various marketing roles with medical device manufacturers such as Owen Mumford, Coloplast and CryoLife.

In her previous role as Marketing Communications Manager with a medical device manufacturer, Stephanie gained valuable industry insight and a thorough understanding of the challenges today’s healthcare marketer faces.

Stephanie is an aspiring photographer, has a slight addiction to dark chocolate and resides in South Carolina with her husband, Ashley, and her two sons.

Richard BaileyManager, Data Acquisition & Quality
Richard Bailey

Richard has been developing many types of software across a broad range of industries for the last 20 years. He has served Hospitality, Forest Resource, Food Production and Healthcare industries for companies such as Suburban Lodge, Georgia-Pacific, Wayne Farms, Reuters and HealthLink Dimensions.

Richard earned his B.S in Agriculture from the University of Georgia. He also completed studies in computer software design and development at Gwinnett Technical School.

When he’s not working Richard enjoys serving on the mission field in Jinotega, Nicaragua and locally in northeast Georgia. He currently lives on a small horse farm in northeast Georgia with his wife Gail, two dogs, two horses and one cat.

John CooperSolutions Architect
John Cooper

His 25+ years as an IT professional has allowed John to develop a breadth of knowledge in many industries and technologies. A flexible thinker, John specializes in understanding the needs of business and producing creative and technological solutions to solve them.

He has developed technology solutions for diverse industries including healthcare, pharmaceutical, credit card, commercial real estate, manufacturing, transportation and publishing.

John joined HealthLink in 2002 first as a consultant, but loved the company so much he decided to make it home. He lives in north Georgia with his wife, two children and ever evolving gaggle of animal life.

Elizabeth HewittProject Management Consultant
Elizabeth Hewitt

Elizabeth has over 15 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry, she began her career as a pharmaceutical sales representative and field sales trainer with Johnson & Johnson. She then transitioned into Sales Operations upon joining Solvay Pharmaceuticals. Elizabeth’s experience focuses on management of strategic partnerships including SFA/ CRM, data and web services providers; and extensive corporate training initiatives.

Elizabeth earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and currently lives in Marietta, Ga with her husband, Tyler and three daughters.

Rose BoggusSystems Analyst / DBA
Rose Boggus

Rose has worked at HealthLink since 2003, starting as a Data Analyst, advancing to current position of DBA/Systems Analyst. She has over 20 years healthcare industry experience with such companies as Roche, Dade Behring, Inc and Syntex Corp.

She was a Communications major at American Military University while serving her country as a Sergeant in the United States Air Force.

Rose has enjoyed traveling to 35 of the United States 10 world nations on 4 continents but is now happily settled in her home in the Atlanta suburbs.

Mye Kaewparuehatchai

Mye has worked at HealthLink Dimensions since 2001 as a Data Analyst handling data from various sources. Originally from Thailand, Mye graduated from Southern Polytechnic State University in Marietta, GA.

In her spare time, Mye enjoys movies, photography and traveling.

Gayla ComerData Quality Specialist
Gayla Comer

Gayla began her data career many years ago as a keypunch operator. She held several positions at Equifax over the course of 20 years in the technology and marketing divisions.

Gayla began her career with HealthLink Dimensions in 2005 as Data Quality Specialist. In her role as Data Quality Specialist, Gayla manages the acquisition of state license data and oversees the Provider Research Center team.

She enjoys encouraging people at work and being “Mama Gayla” to all. Gayla has been married to Howard for 23 years, resides in Suwanee, and is enjoying being an empty nester. Her two boys are attending college at UGA and Kennesaw State University.

Michael YeartyTechnical Analyst
Linda Laffey

Michael comes to us as a recent graduate from Georgia Southern University where he earned his degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Data Management. Michael’s most recent experience comes from Norfolk Southern where he took on BI roles such as data analysis, report building, and predictive analytics.

In his spare time, Michael enjoys a day out on the lake or a nice round of golf. Michael lives in Atlanta, GA with his dog Bailey.

Sheila HoffmanSales Coordinator
Sheila Hoffman

Sheila has more than 15 years of experience in Healthcare Sales and Marketing. Her experience includes Pharmaceutical Sales, Business Development, Physician Relations and Specialty Practice Development and referral generation. Having been on both the sales and internal development side of the trenches, she brings a unique understanding of data needs and the possibilities for implementation.

Sheila lives in Atlanta, where she and her 10 year old puppy, Annie, enjoy a variety of outdoor adventures and anything to do with fighter planes. Sheila still holds out hope of becoming a National Geographic Photographer, but until that time she is happily involved with supporting volunteer efforts with our Military Veterans and has a passion for working with children with Special Needs in her spare time.

Kelly ZayasEmail Marketing Analyst
Kelly Zayas

Kelly comes to HealthLink Dimensions as a graduate from the Georgia Institute of Technology where she earned her B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Her interests in Email Marketing, as well as Social Media Marketing and SEO, were piqued when she took a Digital Marketing class in her last year at Tech.

In her free time, Kelly enjoys several craft-related hobbies, including (but not limited to): knitting, cross stitch, and reupholstery. She also loves to cuddle with her rabbit named Bunny and her puppy, Captain.

John SilvaSenior Software Engineer

John brings more than 20 years of experience in information technology from the financial, telecom, real estate, textile, and healthcare industries to his role as Senior Software Engineer. He is an accomplished programmer known for the quality of his work in requirements gathering, design strategy, coding, testing, and application maintenance. John is highly technical and tenacious, constantly learning and sharing his knowledge and expertise with his colleagues.

John’s hobbies include listening to Icelandic pop music, container gardening, and giant robots. He lives in Sandy Springs with his dog Oskar, and cat Mr. Kitty.

Debbie Maughon PRC & Project Manager

Debbie’s background includes 9 years of IT experience combined with 5 years in the healthcare industry. Out of college, she began her IT career working for a major software company in product development, application and technical support, and leading customer education classes. She has a variety of experience within the healthcare industry, from assisting in a surgeon’s office to the creation of a new provider credentialing department in a large healthcare staffing company. Most recently, Debbie brought her process improvement skills to Varian Medical Systems hardware and software contract administration group.

Debbie earned her BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia. She currently resides in Kennesaw, GA with a daughter and son in college.
